Understanding what needs to happen first to last in the order it needs to happen is essential to producing a quality product every time. Henry Ford had a process for his assembly line. That process produced Model T after Model T, Mustang after Mustang. That precision granted the consumer confidence in the product. The public walked onto a showroom confident they would see tires connected to axels and not the steering column. However for small and medium sized business it is essential. I can not convey how many businesses I talk to who wait until their tax accountant does their taxes to look at their numbers. Needless to say knowing what metric to look at for what component of your business is where we bring the light. It doesn’t have to be scary or complicated! Training

Prepare materials for: New procedures, New employees, Train new clients how to do business with you, Education. This is the part Stephen Covey called “Sharpening the Saw”.  Honing the tools in your business tool box to be the best they can be while producing the best possible result for you.
