This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices of DMBD Consulting dba Visions to Excellence® (“Visions to Excellence,” “we,” “us”) for www.visionstoexcellence.com. It applies solely to information collected by this website. It explains what personally identifiable information is collected from you, how it is used and with whom it may be shared, what choices you have, how your information is protected, and how you can correct it.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us through a form on this site, by email, or by phone. Depending on the form, this may include your first and last name, email address, mobile number, business name, a message, and your answers and results on a tool such as the Profit Leak Scorecard.
When you submit a form, we also record the page you were on, the campaign or link that brought you there if there was one, the date and time, the country your connection came from, the type of browser you used, and the exact consent wording you agreed to. We keep that consent record so we can show how and when you joined our list.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to you, to send you the results or materials you asked for, to schedule and confirm appointments, and, unless you ask us not to, to email you about our programs, events, tools, and services, or about changes to this policy. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Text Messages
If you tick the text message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from DMBD Consulting dba Visions to Excellence at the number you provided. These messages are one to one and conversational: to confirm or reschedule a session, share a scheduling link, follow up after a meeting, or answer a question. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies and is generally fewer than five messages per contact per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing Your Information
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this website and our business, and only as needed to do that work: our website host and database (Cloudflare), our scheduling service (Calendly), our email and text message providers, and the secure spreadsheet our team uses to follow up with you. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and Outside Content
This site does not use advertising cookies. The page fonts are served by Google Fonts. Videos on this site come from YouTube; a video does not load, and YouTube does not set cookies, until you press play. When you book a time, you use Calendly’s own site, which has its own privacy policy.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. By contacting us at the email address or phone number below, you can:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change or correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
